This conversation will help us get to know each other and see if we will work well together. We’ll learn more about each other and what you want to accomplish. This is your chance to ask me questions about how I will support you to accomplish your goals and develop your confidence.

  • Life Coaching Session

    $110/session | 60 minutes

    This is one session at a time for anyone who has a difficult schedule, people who want to just check-in with a situation or who don’t want to commit to a longterm program. My goal for any type of life coaching session is to help you no matter your situation or circumstance.

  • Life Coaching Lite Package

    $1,200 | 3 month package

    This lite package includes a 60 minute session once a week for 3 month time period. We can go through one or more goals you want to accomplish. Whether it be to reduce feelings of being overwhelm, find out you truly are and what you truly want.

  • Life Coach Advanced Package

    $2,400 | 6 months

    This advanced package includes a 60 minute session once a week for 6 month time period. We can dive deep into one or more goals that you want to accomplish. My goal is the same to help you untether expectation and live the life you want.

  • A life coach is someone who counsels and encourages clients through personal or career challenges. A life coach helps guide clients to reach their ultimate goals.

  • Life Coaching's primary goal is about your future and moving towards who you want to be. Therapy's primary goal is healing the past and moving through your past hurts and/or tramas. Therapy can be more clinical and can help with mental illness situations.

    On the other hand, Life Coaching is all about what you want or a problem that you need to work on.

    Please note, Life Coaching does touch on the past but we only touch on how it may affect the goal we are working towards. It is not the job of a Life Coach to tell you about your mental health problems or how to treat them.

  • Coaches are here to be an active listener, supporters, and a way to move you forward in goals, plans, or who you wanna be.

  • Coaches don't solve problems, you do! You are the one who can solve the issue. We partner with you, ask thoughtful questions, listen intuitively, and have no judgment to help guide you through the issue and ultimately move you towards who you want to be. You know who and where you wanna go. We just help peel back the layers.

  • A life coaching session is usually 30 to 60 minutes long. We start with a goal for the session, this goal can be a short or long term goal and in each session we work towards it with areas of your story you wish to share. Then we explore that topic, ask questions, explore feelings and thoughts around this goal. Together we may discuss a goal for the week, make a plan to hit that goal and a way to stay accountable to it.

  • As long as you feel like you need it. Most coaching agreements are for 3 to 6 months.
